I just LOVE this workout. I did it while I was living in New York. So much so that I just had to go and do my own Certification in New York. Its not easy but the minute you get a hang of it. You want to do more and more because it makes you stronger, leaner and makes you feel like a combat soldier. Who doesn’t want to look good with lean arms, legs and a shapely figure.
