By drinking lots and lots of water from now onwards till you stay energetic on the day of the fast. Also, problems associated with dehydration such as headaches and fatigue are less likely. So, what ever you do today and tomorrow make sure you have your bottle of water with you all the time.
You can make your water full of vitamins by adding chopped fruits in it. I like to drink my nimbu pani with just salt and jeera powder (no sugar). Try it.
Another thing, tea and coffee dehydrate your body. So consume it less. Water is water and aerated drinks are also not a substitute.
