Pilates Reformer is machine based form of Pilates. It is more intense than Matwork. Pilates exercises are done through the resistance from Springs which in turn result in Strength Training, Rehabilitaion, Stabilization and Stretching.You can achieve any or all kinds of goals you want. Since, I’m a certified Trainer in Reformer from STOTT PILATES®, there is a lot of focus on correction of posture as an integral part of workout.
